Please note that items ordered online are shipped Free Matter for the Blind, which may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you want to expedite delivery, please order by phone or e-mail and specify your shipping needs.
The NFB Independence Market offers no warranties or guarantees on the products we sell. However, some manufacturers supplying products for resale through us may provide warranties or guarantees. For information about possible warranties or guarantees, please contact the manufacturer directly.
You may return items purchased from the Independence Market within thirty days of the date it was shipped to you for a replacement or refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please contact our office for a return authorization number before returning an item. Returned items must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition. Please also include the packing slip. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY CHECK.
