Shipping, Warranty and Return Information
Please note that items ordered online are shipped Free Matter for the Blind, which may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you want to expedite delivery, please order by phone or e-mail and specify your shipping needs. Some items are not eligible for free matter shipping. Should you place an order for such an item, we may contact you to ask you to cover the additional UPS shipping cost.

You may return items purchased from the Independence Market within thirty days of the date it was shipped to you for a replacement or refund.
