SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The NFB Independence Market e-commerce site can only process orders with a United States
shipping address. Customers outside the United States should contact the Independence Market
to inquire about placing orders.
Our online ordering system presumes that all orders will be shipped via Free Matter
for the blind. Please be aware that Free Matter for the Blind shipments via the U.S.
Postal Service within the United States may occasionally take up to four weeks.
Should you require expedited shipment of materials, please contact the Independence
Market to obtain a UPS shipping price quote before placing an order.
Some orders do not meet the criteria for Free Matter shipping. If an order is valued
$300 or more or if an item is not eligible for Free Matter shipping, we may contact you
to ask you to cover the additional UPS shipping cost.
