SHIPPING AND HANDLING
These Shipping and Handling schedules apply when shipping cost items within
the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico shipping options are
2nd Day or Next Day Air only. These general fees do not apply to Braille
computer paper or straight canes. Please see separate schedule of fees for
Braille computer paper and straight canes below.
Free items are not charged a handling or international processing fee.
All customers outside of the United States must pay the actual cost of
shipping whether it is a free or a cost item. All countries except for the
United States and Canada must also pay a $40.00 international processing fee on
all cost orders. This fee is in place of the handling fee schedule
listed below.*
No items valued at $50.00 or above will be sent Free Matter in the United
States or to Canada.
No cost items will be sent outside of the United States or Canada via Free
Matter.
